We created Manresa Bread with the vision of becoming Los Gatos’s village bakery. We feature an ever-changing selection of breads and pastries made from local, high quality ingredients using time-honored techniques. A contemporary artisan bakery specializing in
old-world style products, we offer hand-crafted, small batch breads and pastries and strive to source the best artisanal products available, from grains and cereals to produce and dairy. With these ingredients, we create our very best interpretation of classic breads and pastries and also feature products that are uniquely our own, utilizing time-honored techniques and baking traditions. Order online for pick-up at the store, or pair a Verve coffee with one of our delicious croissants in our refined cafe space. In addition to our retail location, Manresa Bread is available at the downtown Campbell and Palo Alto farmers’ markets every Sunday, from 9am until 1pm.
