This honestly all started as a joke when I suggested to to make one night an aussie night and show it on the big screen!!!

The occasion was the govt consulate hosting the team and us vips for the Rugby 7s playing this weekend.
Obviously there was a cultural barrier as they didn’t speak real football but still, we wish them success!!!

Baking’s really a magical process.
We use the most basic combo of ingredients. Flour, water, butter, eggs, sugar, and salt in different ways, in different orders, and in different quantities and ratios. Then those humble of ingredients are transformed into pies, pastries, breads and other baked goodies.
It’s real, unpretentious and authentic and and we hope you experience that in every bite.
In Australia we call a meat pie the humble pie, but reckon it should be called a rockstar on the worlds highest stage pie.

Today we helped provide some tucker at funeral in Irvine with a little aussie touch.
Happy Friday! Earlier this week we were privileged to be asked by UCLA college to cater a sizzle for an Aboriginal art exhibition in their museum. Firstly what an honour! We’ve catered parties, events, even weddings but never asked to make a sizzle in a fancy museum presentation. Representing Australian culture no less!! But we knocked it out of the park and the three to four hundred American attendees really loved it!! Shayne Evans was doing it all!! Teaching what it’s about, how to put together a snag sanga, attempting the didgeridoo and represented her country like a rock star! 🇦🇺 Can’t wait to bring the Aussie touch to many more events in the USA!
