Do you know CPR? Are you confident in your skills? Last year on May the 4th I helped host this CPR Certification meeting for young men from the Palos Verdes Chapter. Never would I have imagined that two weeks later I would have needed to put these newly refreshed skills to work to save a life. I am so grateful I knew what to do, I was confident in my skills, and I was able to act. You can too! You never know when your help will be needed. ❤️

Have you taken a CPR course lately? Please take one now. You never know when you will need to use it! This happened to me on Monday. A man who was doing some concrete work for us at our home, suddenly went into cardiac arrest while I was talking with him outside. I was empowered to act and ultimately help him survive because I had just attended a CPR Certification class that I also organized for the Nation League of Young Men. At this class, taught on May the 4th by Eric Bernier, we had 39 people learn how “the force could be stronger with them by learning this life saving skill. “May the 4th be with you!” ❤️ And I can tell you first hand that the force to save a life was with me on Monday, but not because of anything at all special about me. Only because I know this incredible life-saving skill. Please, learn now if you haven’t already! I may need you to help me one day. You never know. ❤️ So grateful for Eric’s way of making the process manageable and less intimidating. Bad CPR is better than no CPR. He is such an empowering instructor. Thank you
