Zetlian Bakery Inc. We are a wholesale manufacturer of Fresh, Frozen & Baked Goods. We specialize in Three Cheese Garlic Breadsticks, Falafel, Calzones, Meat Filled Products.

In 1972, Gaidzag (Kayzak) Zetlian, President of Zetlian Bakery, came to America with a small budget and a big mission. His mission was to bring to America the tradition of quality baking that has been passed down throughout his family for generations. Beginning his entrepreneurial adventure in Hollywood, California, Mr. Zetlian rented a 300 sq. foot location and began baking bread and distributing

it himself to local retailers. Determined to succeed Mr. Zetlian slowly but surely expanded his business to be a supplier to a number of club stores, school districts and supermarket chains throughout California.

Our state of the art facility includes our offices, fully equipped bakery area, our fresh foods production area, and our brand new USDA Section. We take every step to keep our 40,000 facility clean and free from cross contamination. Our HACCP, GMP, SSOP, QUALITY CONTROL and MACHINERY MAINTENANCE Programs help to ensure proper procedures to maintain cleanliness, prevent cross contamination, and produce the highest quality goods.
