Big Beautiful BBQ Ive been making BBQ since the pandemic in 2020. I sold BBQ at cost or even at a loss. I started cooking as a hobby. I would love to hear any feedback you have!

I started working in professional kitchen accidentally. I now have over 2,000 hours experience in professional kitchens. I worked for a catering company for a while in early 2012, but started trying to do my own thing in mid 2012 when, for father's day, I created "Jay Bites" a gluten free bite sized cheesecake covered in chocolate, for my step father on Father's day, named after him. Now I am tryi

ng to start a company called Elite Cooking. I make excellent quality appetizers, entrees and desserts. Right now I am selling the previously mentioned Jay Bites, I also have a Japanese dessert called mochi, the most popular flavor of mochi is chocolate peanut butter, with a chunky peanut butter filling. I also make top quality pulled pork, BBQ sauce, bread, and many other fantastic dishes. I am currently trying to open a restaurant in Los Angeles, California.

Hey guys, so I am working on my business idea that I posted about a while back, using my background as a chef and a massage therapist to teach men how to pamper their women properly. What I need your help with, is a name. I have delusions of grandeur, making the "elite" brand, elite cooking, elite entertainment, elite this, elite that. So, got any ideas? I was thinking something like "Elite College", or "Elite Man School", or "School of Elite Men" or something, but I am not in love with any of my ideas.

Handmade cheesecake, with a strawberry swirl, and garnish with strawberries. The strawberry swirl was handmade from the strawberry puree, a little bit of sugar, and lemon juice. The crust was handmade also, from graham crackers and a little butter. This will be the dessert at Elite Cooking's pop up dinner in Los Angeles.

I don't think anyone except my chef friends will TRULY understand my excitement today. I was downtown shopping for ingredients for a cheesecake I will post tomorrow, and I got 25 pounds of chocolate for $30! The box is usually 2.5x that! On top of that, this supplier NEVER has the kind of chocolate I like (60% dark), they haven't for a few years!
