Reminiscing about the mango float I used to maoe when I was young - a combo of graham crackers, mangoes, all purpose cream and condensed milk. This cake jar version still has the mango and graham flavors, mixed in with a super light and airy calamansi chiffon and a super mango-ey frosting that'll take you back to the islands!
