Sesame sourdough bread.

Every time I make it, it sends me back in time to places and flavors I can't forget.

The aroma and the flavor from the sesame seeds are such a great addition to the bread, you need to try it.

Easy-basic recipe with lower hydration, the recipe will change its flavor with different fermentation process, temperature and more changing factors:

500 grams flour
250 grams water
100 sourdough starter
7 grams salt
Sesame coat.

Have you tried a sourdough bagel?
It has some deep flavors, different textures, and even some health benefits.

Our bagel dough is being fermented for at least 18 hours in the right environment and temperature, where it develops natural probiotics that make our stomachs calm and stronger.

Are you eating yeast products and feeling bloated? but not sensitive to gluten?

Ok ok, I'll tell you.
I cut it for the first time too shallow and with a wrong angle, and then I fixed it just under.
I actually love the result and how crazy looking it is.

How do you score your bread? Do you do it at all?
Scoring your bread correctly will create the beautiful classic shape we all are looking for.
With the right amount of pressure, stress and the right amount of steam -> you'll get a beautiful, airy loaf.

Meanwhile until you get it right, come by and get a loaf of bread!

Those loved ones would be available only on special orders and B2B.

We will be at this Thursday where we will be debuting our sourdough baguettes. We will also have our unique sourdough bread and sourdough bagels!

Every product is real(!) sourdough, no shortcuts, no preservatives. Just flour -> water -> salt. That's it.

Real, tasty, and even healthy bread for you all.
