Abby has been with us since the very beginning of the coffee shop, and we truly couldn’t imagine Mattie Jane’s without her. She pours so much heart, hard work, and love into everything she does, and we wouldn’t be where we are today without her.

We are beyond grateful to have her as part of our team and our family. If you see her today, be sure to give her some birthday love and help us celebrate someone who means so much to all of us!

Even in Albuquerque, I still had to track down a lavender latte and it did not disappoint! It definitely helps when you’re staying on a farm that grows its own lavender.

This place is absolutely incredible. Peacocks wandering the property, alpacas grazing nearby, and beauty in every direction you look.

We truly love what we do, and we love seeing all of you every day. But we also work a lot, so we’re incredibly grateful for the chance to step away for a few days, slow down, and spend some quality time with our amazing family.

We’re soaking up every minute and feeling very blessed.

I also wanted to give our AMAZING staff a huge Thank you for loving our place as much as we do and taking care of it while we’re gone.
