It’s been quiet here for awhile.
Life asked a lot of me these past few months. More than I expected. Kindred Bees had to take a back seat, but the whole idea behind this, women showing up for each other, small and steady, the way a hive holds itself together, never left me. I just needed the time.

I’m back now, and something is stirring. I can’t share all of it yet. There’s still work to do behind the scenes. But I wanted you to be among the first to know: Kindred Bees is waking back up, and I’m genuinely excited again for the first time in a while.

More is coming. For now, just know I’m here, and I’m so ready to connect and share with you again.

Our next gathering is here.
Join us Thursday, July 16 for An Evening of Reiki with Erika Gmach of Bee Sage Farm. Erika brings over 20 years of energy healing experience and a gift for helping women feel relaxed, rested, and reconnected.
The evening includes a cold brew herbal tea bar, a teaching on what Reiki is and how it works, a Reiki infused guided meditation, time for journaling and questions, and a spread of Kindred Bees baked goods made from scratch with organic ingredients.
You will choose a crystal to hold during the meditation and set an intention for your evening. You will leave with a gift bag that includes a rosewater crystal spray, a journal, an affirmation card, and a Kindred Bees bakery style cookie to enjoy the next day.
No experience needed. You just show up and receive the evening.

Rooted and Radiant. May 27, 2026.

Twelve women. One evening. And everything that happens when you put the right people in the same room.

There was honest conversation. The kind you do not get at a dinner party or a work event. Real talk about nervous systems, sleep, stress, and what it actually feels like to live in a woman’s body right now. Dr. Kandace Johnson brought wisdom, depth, and the kind of knowledge that stays with you long after you leave.

There was laughter. Warm and easy.

There was learning. Things you could not unhear.

There was intention. In every detail. The roses. The jars. The bath salt bar. The way the room was set up so that no one felt like a stranger for long.

And there was connection. The kind you drive home thinking about.

Today I had the honor of the featured baker at goat Pilates hosted by the incredibly talented Krystal at Rockin Porch Farms. If you have never started your morning with baby goat cuddles, donkeys, and mini horses on a beautiful property, you are missing out. Krystal also makes the most beautiful goat milk soap and lotions. She creates something really special out there. Go follow her and get yourself to one of her events. You will not regret it. Today we featured our most popular chocolate chunk sea salt cookie. Baked with organic ingredients like grass fed butter and farm fresh eggs, these cookies are the result of a three day bake process that gives the flavors time to develop. Each cookie is a generous 95 grams. Worth every bite.

Kindred Bees has been growing and evolving. Our focus is now on women’s gatherings and events, and our bakery has narrowed down to what we do best: chocolate chunk cookies and snickerdoodles, available for catering and larger orders. Minimum one dozen. Our first three events sold out and we are just getting started. If you have been following along, you already know something special is happening here. More gatherings coming soon.
