Hello, everyone!
My name is Lorraine Carrau, and I am proud to introduce myself as the owner of Red's Bake Shop, the first Puertorrican Bakery in town!!
With great excitement, I am announcing that we will be opening our doors this July! Red's Bake Shop will be a place where our community can enjoy fresh breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, and handcrafted baked goods made with quality ingredients and a passion for baking.
As part of my Puerto Rican heritage, you'll find some traditional Puerto Rican flavors and specialties among our offerings, alongside classic bakery favorites that everyone can enjoy. I'm honored to bring a unique bakery experience to our town while creating a welcoming space for neighbors, friends, and families to gather.
This bakery has been a dream of mine, and I am incredibly grateful for the support and encouragement I've received along the way. I look forward to sharing my love of baking with the community and serving you for years to come.
