I've been happily married to my best friend for over 13 years. My journey with food started when I was diagnosed with IBS in 2008. Determined to find the right diet for me, I began eliminating certain foods one by one until I discovered what worked for my body. By prioritizing whole and fresh ingredients eliminating additives like MSG, and using only real butter, olive oil, avocado oils, and hormo

ne-free meats I was able to all but cure myself from what was once a debilitating disease without taking any medications. Fast-forward to 2023 now cooking almost every meal for myself and my family I had close friends and family asking if I could cook extra and meal prep for them. As demand grew steadily, I decided to expand. I found a fantastic commercial kitchen space, obtained all the necessary licenses including my food manager's license & City of Longview Permit, and now proudly operate an A-rated kitchen! My goal is simple: to provide wholesome ready-made meals that are healthy and easy on your gut and make you feel good! I use farm fresh eggs from my chickens who free range on 7 acres daily, as well as hormone free meat and as little additives as possible. NO MSG is ever used. Do you have a special request? Message me, I love to make accomidations! Menus are changed out weekly. Pickups from 4:30-5:30 on Mondays and Wednesdays. Delivery available.
