Here are some great ways to get started with your pollinator garden by growing: lavender, echinacea, calendula, red valerian, foxglove, raspberries, & so many more 🍓🌼 + don’t forget your wee dish of water for the bees to rest & get a drink 💦

🐝 Triple B Butter: pain relieving + nourishing body butter that I designed with + in mind — works with pain relief all over. Lots of my customers use it for arthritis or muscle aches as well.
