To our amazing community, we have an important update to share.

Due to the closing of our production facilities, and after careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to pause production of our gluten-free bagels.

***Orders will be closed starting today October 20, 2024 and those placed this weekend will be shipped out on Wednesday date ***

We are going to take a step back and use this time to figure out a more sustainable way forward so we can bring you the gluten-free quality you so deserve. We are working hard behind the scenes and cannot wait to come back better than before.

For the past three years, it has been our pleasure bringing you our Sunny Day Bakery bagels, and meeting you at Gluten-Free expos, hearing your deep appreciation for our product/business and we hope you’ll stick around on our journey as we continue to build upon this business and grow.

Its Friday and we're day dreaming about the bagel sandwiches we're going to make this weekend. Our bagels make the perfect base to any sandwich , sweet or savory.

For savory: We prefer, a SDB Everything bagel base, chive cream cheese, tomato + onion and lox

For sweet: We've been enjoying, a SDB Plain bagel, plain cream cheese + strawberry jelly

Our primary goal is to make bagels that are 100% gluten-free and that taste good (because you shouldn't have to compromise, taste and texture when you can't eat gluten!)

Shout out to 7 Grain Army! We can’t wait to collab!

Needed a dinner that was quick and these bagels by just made me SO HAPPY!

You might not know this but I build ine of the the best bagels in the city before they changed my recipe to make it work for their new fancy ovens.

Anywhoo, I’m picky, and I designed one of the best bagels in the city, so these got my stamp if approval.

Hoping to coolab on a flavor soon, grab em frozen at our shop daily!

Our new production kitchen is at 7 Grain Army, a dedicated gluten-free bakery in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. This exciting move means we now operate in a 100% gluten-free environment, ensuring the utmost safety and satisfaction for our beloved customers. 🙌✨
