Where Salt Life Gets Sweet 🌊✨

As I’ve been building Sweet Tides, I’ve realized I want every part of it to feel intentional 🤍
Even down to the smallest details in my logo.

I’ve always loved the Jersey Shore — the salt air, the rhythm of the tides, and the way the ocean feels like a gift every single day. But as I started this baking journey, I knew I wanted my brand to reflect something deeper than just a place.

You’ll notice the logo is a cookie with a bite taken out of it — but that bite is actually a rolling wave. A reminder that life moves in seasons, like the tides, and there is sweetness to be found in each one.

And the “chips” can be just that — little pieces of something sweet. But to me, they also represent something deeper. A reminder of the “salt of the earth” and the life we’re called to live — grounded, faithful, and full of purpose.

Even in baking, salt plays an important role — it brings out the richness, enhances the sweetness, and ties everything together. A small but powerful reminder of Matthew 5:13: “You are the salt of the earth.”

My hope for Sweet Tides is to be just that — to bring a little light, warmth, and sweetness to others, and to reflect the gifts we’ve been given.

A blend of the shore, the sweetness, and something deeper 🤍

It’s not always glamorous… sometimes it’s just planning, paperwork, and little tasks. My plate could sometimes feel so full and I don’t always know where to start, and then I remember five more things I need to do 😅

But through it all, I’m grateful for this opportunity and the guidance God has given me. I’m trusting Him through every step and building something special 🤍🍪
