What area of your life is asking for change?
So often, we know we want something to shift — but creating meaningful, sustainable change can feel difficult to navigate alone. Coaching offers intentional space for support, reflection, accountability, and reconnecting with your own intrinsic motivation and vision for your life.
This week, I graduate from my Health & Wellness Coach training program, and this fall I’ll sit for national board certification. As part of that process, I’m looking for a handful of people interested in receiving 5 complimentary coaching sessions with me.
My approach is holistic, collaborative, and client-led. Together, we might explore nutrition, movement, stress, rest, mindfulness, relationships, habits, or whatever feels most important in your life right now.
My background as a chef and longtime wellness nerd has given me a deep appreciation for the ways nourishment, movement, rest, and connection can shape how we feel in our lives.
A few notes:
• Sessions are complimentary
• Participants should be able to complete 5 consecutive weekly sessions (30 minutes each)
• These sessions are being offered free of charge
