🌭 ATCHARA HOTDOG this weekend. Atchara is pickled papaya. Banana catsup is Filipino ketchup. Field Roast is a vegan sausage brand. Kewpie mayo is a Japanese style mayo that’s creamy and umami-y. Pandesal is a Filipino sweet bread. All components are 100% vegan, soy and nut free. Where else you gonna get this dog?

P.S. Our atchara started its fermentation on Wednesday this week! It includes: papaya, red bell pepper, carrots, garlic, onion, ginger, black pepper and just a litttttle bit of sugar.

We are making exactly 82 hotdogs on July 4th, and 82 hotdogs on July 5th. That Filipino facebook group kinda riding rly hard for us this week, so try to beat them to it! 🤝🏽

First tiered wedding cake in the books! First time transporting a big ol’ cake for a 2 hour drive (that s**t was so nerve wracking). Thanks to the lovely bride and groom Joana and Creighton for trusting us ❣️

This is a 3 tiered vintage style wedding cake with each tier being 2-layers. All our wedding cakes use a fancy, silky and stable aquafaba based Swiss buttercream that can hold at room temp for at least 24 hours. This is ideal for weddings so the cake can be kept on display all through the afternoon and night. Went with black cherries to fit the wedding color palette theme. ❣️
