Join us Monday, October 12 from 5:30–7:30 PM for a conversation with the incredible Pati Jinich about her new cookbook, Foods of La Frontera: Recipes and New Taste Frontiers from Both Sides of the Border. She’ll be in conversation with our friend and NYT Cooking writer paola briseño gonzález , and the evening includes light refreshments from us, plus a book signing with Casita Bookstore after.

With all due respect, we don't make croissants. We make medialunas.
They’re both crescent moon shaped laminated pastries but, technical differences aside, we find it useful to make this distinction because we wouldn't want you to order one expecting a traditional French croissant.

In offering medialunas, we hope to share a bit of our culture and introduce you to the wonderful variety of baked goods that exist beyond the standard options presented elsewhere.
