🩷🎀 PINK OUT WEEK IS BACK! 🎀🩷

If there was ever a theme we were born for… it’s this one. 💕 We’re celebrating our 2nd Annual Pink Out Week in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, benefiting Pink Heart Funds Funds. We’ve turned our already-very-pink bakery even PINKER this week, and we hope you’ll join us for something sweet while supporting an organization doing incredible work right here in our community. 🎀

Rich chocolate cake topped with our signature vanilla buttercream—colored the perfect shade of pink, of course!

Our pretty-in-pink take on a classic velvet cake, topped with light and fluffy Chantilly cream.

Chocolate and vanilla cake topped with strawberry buttercream. All three classic flavors in one cupcake!

I know you’re not supposed to share personal stuff on your business page, but as Kathleen Kelly says “whatever else anything is, it ought to begin by being personal.” So here goes.

In a couple of weeks, my baby girl will have major spinal surgery for severe scoliosis. My heart is shattered. I know they do this procedure everyday, but she is mine. And I am not okay. If I could take her place on that operating table, I would do it in a heartbeat.

She’ll miss a month of school, with limited activity afterward. She’s also bummed about missing Halloween, so we’re squeezing in all the fall fun we can before the big day.

If you know anything about me, you know that I love my girls fiercely. And if you know anything about Lennon, you know that she is a spitfire! She is a ball of energy, a bundle of laughs, and will absolutely get through this and be fine. But I just wanted you all to know what our little family is facing this month because so many of you have become part of our family, too, and I know you would want to know.

For those asking how to help:

1.) Support our small businesses. My husband and I may be away more in the coming weeks, but our wonderful teams at Dolce and Radish will be there, making sure we can focus on our girl.

2.) Give our teams grace. They’ll be holding down the fort with the added pressure of our absence. Please show them kindness and patience.

3.) Send a little snail mail! Lennon would love a handwritten letter, drawing, or even a Post-it note. Drop it at the bakery counter or mail it to:

4.) Keep us in your prayers and send good vibes. Between my girls and me, 2026 has brought more hospital visits, appointments, and trips to specialists in New Orleans than I ever imagined. I’m pretty sure they’ll name a wing after us soon. 🤪 We know how blessed we are, but our village is so small and some days even the smallest hurdle compounds it and makes it all feel like too much. Whoo!

So thank you for supporting our family and allowing us to do what we love. Thank you for letting us feed you, love on you, and be part of your family the way you’re part of ours.

October is in full swing, and this week’s menu is everything we want this time of year—pumpkin spice, apple c***r, cinnamon sugar, peanut butter, chocolate, and even a little candy corn. 🤎 If you’ve been waiting for those cozy fall flavors, this is your week!

Pumpkin Tres Leches 🎃🥛
Spiced pumpkin cake soaked with a sweet milk mixture, topped with homemade Chantilly cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice. Soft, creamy, and perfectly fall!

Peanut Butter Hi-Hat 🥜🍫
Rich chocolate cake piled high with peanut butter buttercream and completely covered in chocolate ganache. This one is for the serious peanut butter + chocolate lovers!

Hey y’all! We’ve gone back and forth about staying open with Hurricane Isaisis headed this way, and we’re going to go ahead and make the call to keep our employees safe. Most of our employees drive in from surrounding cities, so we are going to close at noon on Friday and stay closed for Saturday that way no one has to drive in the weather.

Come buy us out of everything tomorrow morning, so that you can hunker down with something sweet! 💖 Stay safe, y’all!
