What an incredible success yesterday’s auction turned out to be. ❤️

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who bid, shared, supported, and showed up for your local fire department.

Getting to give back, even in a small way, means more than I can put into words.

The plain sourdough, jalapeño cheddar sourdough, and cinnamon rolls found amazing homes, but more importantly, this community once again showed just how big its heart truly is.

Thank you for supporting this little bakery while also supporting the people who run toward the hard things when everyone else is running away. We are so grateful for every single one of you. 🚒🖤

No bakery drop this week… because this week is about giving back to the people who give so much of themselves every single day. ❤️🚒

We’re donating a special auction package to the fundraiser for Crossroads Fire Department that includes:
• A Plain Sourdough Loaf
• A Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough Loaf
• 2 Cinnamon Rolls

Being a first responder’s wife is loving someone whose heart belongs not only to their family, but to an entire community. It’s the middle-of-the-night calls, the dinners gone cold, the holidays interrupted, and the constant worry that never fully leaves your chest. It’s learning that service and sacrifice become part of your whole family’s story too.

So this one means a little more to me. Because behind every firefighter, medic, police officer, and first responder is a family quietly making sacrifices right alongside them. And if there’s one thing I’ll always do, it’s support the people who run toward the hard things when everyone else runs away.

This bakery exists because of the support from all of you, and moments like this are such a beautiful reminder that we can use it to pour love back into our community. Thank you for allowing me to do what I love while also supporting causes that are so close to my heart. 🤍

If you’re attending the fundraiser, bid big, love your first responders a little extra, and maybe take home some bread while you’re at it. 🫶

Today we celebrate the women who somehow do it all — the early mornings, late nights, packed schedules, endless errands, and still finding ways to make life feel warm and comforting for everyone around them.

Moms are the heart behind so many homes, just like fresh bread is the heart of our kitchen. 🤍

Whether you’re spending today relaxing, cheering from the sidelines, folding laundry, working a shift, or simply trying your best — we hope you know how appreciated you truly are.

The first loaves are coming out golden, crackly, and smelling like absolute heaven. There’s something special about the quiet early mornings, flour everywhere, coffee in hand, and bread baking before the sun even comes up. 🤍

While most people are sleeping, we’re mixing, shaping, baking, and pouring love into every single loaf. Thank you for supporting this little dream and giving these early mornings a purpose. 🫶🏼
