Mission: To provide an opportunity for our community to purchase, enjoy, and experience the joys of our unique take on traditional baked goods. Baking with our customers interests in mind, we will provide delicious treats and family favorites. Vision: To become our communities go to

event venue and provide an inclusive collaborative element to our baking, venue rentals, and special events. My parents have given me so many gifts in my life, dance lessons, a love for art, a strong work ethic, and the love of human kind. My husbands parents have done the same for him including a love for the land that we are blessed to walk on each day. We purchased the property next door to our dance studio and we are thrilled to bring you Logan Flours. This year we will build two apartments in the upper level, and begin work on renovating the lower level and bringing Logan Flours, a baking company, to our community. Follow us on our renovation journey, we can't wait to share! My Mom has taught me everything I know when it comes to the kitchen and I am thrilled to say she will be baking alongside me. We have researched, tested, and tasted for years to be sure we can bring you the joys of baking and delicious baked goods. Coming late 2018... We promise, it is worth the wait!

This might be my absolute favorite summer cake! Strawberry Lemonade 🍓🍋. Fun fact- place the dried lemons in a pitcher with water and it makes the most refreshing drink! Even a little bit of frosting on the lemons is fine, and perfectly sweet!!! Happy sipping 🍹

Can you guess what the number one requested cupcake was for grad parties this year? Ok ok I’ll tell you! Classic vanilla and/or chocolate with white buttercream. Can’t say I blame anyone, guest love a simple and approachable cupcake. No flavor guessing, no allergen worry with toppers, just… a cupcake.

Just a small business owner, baking and frosting cupcakes after a double header softball for my oldest! I definitely like to video in the sunshine better, but no matter what it’s worth coming in anytime to make some of our customers favorites! Tomorrow, we are previewing our vanilla waves dirty soda that can be found in adult or kid size ;) then hang out with us on Saturday as we launch our full Summer menu!!! did you see those light up drinks on our last post? We’re so excited for summer and we’re previewing our menus this weekend! We’ve got dirty sodas that will be available at both Logan Flours and soon at Taproom 1890, the kids menu was made for the summer sun, and guess what?!! LIGHT UP DRINKS ARE ON THE MENU and available through LF OR 1890 as well!!! Add boba to any drink, and we’ve got big plans and amazing combos for 4th of July week too with expanded hours and alllllll the fun!!!!!
