Pick up a box of bagels with our specialty schmears and you're sure to impress your classmates, teachers, co-workers, and friends!🧡

Our bagels are made over 3 days, utilizing slow fermentation and organic, locally milled flour from . They are mixed and formed by hand, rest on polenta coated proofing boards, allowed to slow proof overnight in cold storage, and boiled in molasses water before baking at high heat. You can literally taste the life of our bagels!

Daily flavors include Salted, Sourdough, Everything, Sesame, Asiago & Pepperoncini, Asiago, Jalapeño Cheddar, Cheddar, and Blueberry.

The Fairway bakers have been dedicated to providing you with consistent, delicious bagels and donuts, and have now perfected the Cruller! Tender French pastry dough, pâte à choux, used for cream puffs and eclairs, is transformed into a gorgeous ridged ring that puffs and crisps to tender melt in your mouth perfection.
