Founded in 1940 by the Comoretto family, Nu Era Bakery is now owned by Larry and Libby Albright. From traditional cakes, pies, and pastries to the recent addition of delicious deli sandwiches, soups, salads, and breakfast, Nu Era Bakery is carrying the past into the future.

Today, we’re excited to introduce (or should we say reintroduce) a familiar face here at Nu-Era Bakery! ❤️

💕 Meet Erica Bronz, our Bakery Manager! 💕

Erica returned to the Nu-Era family just a few months ago, stepping into her new role as Bakery Manager. But her story with us goes back much further!

Before returning, Erica spent nearly five years as one of our cake decorators, bringing creativity, dedication, and a whole lot of love to every cake she made! 🎂

When we asked Erica what she loves most about her job, here’s what she had to say:

“Honestly, there are too many things to name! But first and foremost, I just want to say how incredibly grateful I am to be back doing something I love. Getting to play in the icing again has brought back all the love and passion I’ve always had for cake decorating.

One of the sweetest parts of returning has been seeing all those familiar faces who became so much more than coworkers over the years. They became family, and being surrounded by them again has truly been such a blessing.

Even though I’m stepping into a different role this time around, it feels so good to be back where a piece of my heart has always been. I’m excited for the challenges ahead, the memories we’ll make, and to see where this new chapter takes me!” ❤️

We couldn’t be happier to have Erica back with us! Her passion for the bakery, love for our customers, and excitement for this new chapter make her a wonderful addition to our management team.
