Our little niche in life is to create the best bakery on the planet. Our famous Honey Whole Wheat bread is made from scratch, from fresh milled wheat berries, daily in our bakery. You won't find crazy ingredients on our labels. Just 5 ingredients. 100% whole wheat flour, water, yeast, honey and salt. That's it! Pure and simple.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from everyone ! What a year! We have the best employees and customers. Thank you from the bottom of our mixing bowls:). Have you been downtown lately? Oh my gosh! This is the sight I pulled up to this morning at the bakery. Center Street is decked out on all her Spring glory! The Center Street arch and the trees that line the street are the same color😍😍. Come check it out and grab a cinnamon roll while you’re at it😉.

Can we just say thank you, and we love your guts! You, our customers, are awesome! And I am going to shout it from the rooftops, WE HAVE THE BEST EMPLOYEES!! Thanks guys!! We are giving them a very well-deserved break. Our ovens have been running 24 hours a day for a couple of weeks, and I think we all need a nap :-) We will have fresh, and hot treats and bread out of the oven first thing Tuesday, January 2! We love our customers! Thank you for such a fantastic year!!! We are open today with everything you may need to make Christmas perfect:). We will be closing today at 2 pm and will be closed all next week. Can’t wait to see everyone first thing Monday Jan. 2nd! We’ll have hot cinnamon rolls at 7 am! Perfect way to start off the New Year😉

Are you ready? Are you done? If you’re like me, I’ve got friends and neighbors still on my list! Let us help you!! We’d be happy to wrap you up a loaf, put a bow on a pan of Cinni Minis, or tie a big bow on the most beautiful gift basket or box around❤️. The bakery is the most festive place in town and we are making lots of bread and treats around the clock this week. We bake everything from scratch each day so you’re sure to find something perfect! I am so grateful for our employees!!! Oh I just love these kids! This is a smattering of all our employees who work for us now, and they represent the other 20 current employees and the 100’s of good people over the last 27 years who have worked for and with us. Over the last week or so we’ve received texts from old employees, I ran into one at the store and we talked and hugged for a long time, another came up to Logan and had to stop and say hi, and another stoped in for lunch with his wife. It’s always like seeing long lost friends. They grow up, have families, turn into amazing productive members of society, and really good people! These employees are our friends! And they are friends with each other. There’s some lifetime friend making, and even a marriage or two at Great Harvest! I am grateful how these kids represent James and me as the greet and help customers. They do such a good job! So to all our employees we have now, and all those we once had….. WE LOVE YOUR GUTS!!! Thank you for all your hard work and cheerfulness, and bright lights in the world. You make the bakery a little bit of heaven on earth for us and all our customers❤️❤️❤️.

The benefits of baker hours:). Early morning on Center Street are SPECTACULAR!!! And I just want to tell THANK YOU for making all of us on Center Street look like a million bucks! The flowers this year are just amazing!! All the love, attention, and watering is greatly appreciated ❤️❤️ Anderson Seed has been our downtown neighbors for 24 years and we couldn’t have asked for better ones.
