Desde pequeños nos enseñan o más bien nos obligan, porque no tenemos poder de decisión, a comer inmensas cantidades de frutas, cereales, azúcar, carbohidratos y nos limitan e incluso eliminan el consumo de carne y grasas de origen animal. Y así nos marcan el camino para una vida llena de enfermedades, obesidad, depresión y cansancio constante. Que error tan grande!
Debemos educarnos y entender que si tenemos 10, 15 o 20 años comiendo como el sistema nos dice que hagamos y aún así estamos obesos, tristes y sin energía entonces nos están mintiendo y manipulando. La pirámide alimenticia que nos enseñan desde primaria es una gran mentira.
