Sugar Shack Bakery and Ice Cream Shop Sugar Shack is located on Main Street in historic downtown Lodi, WI. It has been a growing idea for quite some time and we are PROUD to make it a reality!

Sugar Shack serves 16 flavors of Babcock ice cream, sherbets, greek frozen yogurts and a variety of baked goods. We would like to bring an alternative edge to traditional baking and offer you a modern ice cream parlor experience. We will be offering an upstairs space to be available in late September. Great for small parties/ meetings. Come bring the little ones in your life to get a sweet treat and check out our new space! Take note of our original wood floors!!

Hello Everyone,

Happy New Year! I have been doing a little research and have found that it is now legal to bake and sell from home. There are limits to what can be baked and sold but I was wondering if maybe you could all provide some feedback as to wether or not you would purchase, cupcakes, cookies, cakes and Cinnamon rolls from the Sugar Shack on line...Free delivery if you live in Lodi. What do you think? I will of course check with the City and the local food inspector to see if this is a viable plan. Thank you for your thoughts.

Dear Customers,

I never thanked you for choosing the Sugar Shack Bakery and Ice Cream Shop as the best for desserts and runner up for best new business in the Lake Wisconsin area in 2017. When I opened the Sugar Shack, the thing I wanted above all was to have customers try my desserts and like them. Being voted as one of the Best of the Best was beyond what I imagined possible. Thank you!

Thank you Lodi for embracing my business and to the customers who came to the Sugar Shack from near and far, it was a pleasure to have met and served you.

Hello Everyone,

We serve breakfast, lunch and sweets everyday.

For breakfast we have a breakfast bagel sandwich that is served on a whole wheat bagel or on the Everything Bagel. The bagel sandwich consists of cheese, eggs and either bacon or sausage. We also do hash browns, eggs and sausage / bacon plates. We can do a Ham and cheese Quiche too. Breakfast is only served until 10AM.

For Lunch we have a Chicken Wrap, Pulled Pork Sandwich or Chicken with Wild Rice soup.

The Chicken Wrap comes on either a Spinach wrap or a Pretzel bun. The chicken is mixed with Pecans and Green apples. The Pulled Pork Sandwich is served on our French Loaf bread.

Our U.W. Babcock Ice Cream Flavors are:

Toasted Smores, Vanilla, Chocolate, Butter Pecan, Strawberry, Mint Chocolate Cookie, Orange Custard Chocolate Chip, Blue Moon, Key Lime, Mocha Macciato, Chocolate, Berry Proud Parent, Blueberry Swirl, Rasberry Swirl, Orange Grapefruit Sherbert, Chocolate Peanut Butter and Cookies and Cream.
