Hi, I’m Jamie. Welcome to my Bakery.

Funny story, while speaking with a customer the other night, I realized that I have never introduced myself. My name is Jamie. I’m a married, 35 yr old mom of two, who absolutely loves to bake. I still work full-time outside of our home, but moonlight every night in my kitchen, as, in my eyes, the World’s Greatest Baker :) Okay, okay, realistically, I know that’s not a true statement, but a girl can dream can’t she?

I’ve been in the kitchen, in some capacity, since as long as I can remember and I think what may set me apart from a lot of other bakers and local bakeries in my passion and drive for perfection. I mean heck, its what has brought me this far! Honestly, this is not just a job to me. Baking, creating wonderful, beautiful cakes and cupcakes, that is what I want to do for the rest of my life. This passion is what brings your visions to life. And, for me, they have to be perfect, no exceptions. The way I see it, I may bake the cakes, but they are not for me. They are for you and your loved ones, and I want to make sure that the concepts and ideas that we have agreed upon are brought to life in every aspect.
