We would like to address the poor review that we received last week on our page. We were very disappointed to see that someone was not satisfied with our cake pops! However, after a little bit of research, we found that we do NOT know the person who posted the review, giving us a 1 out of 5 stars. Please know that we have never done business with this person and that the review is 100% invalid. We do not know or understand why someone would post such a thing on our page! If you feel inclined, we would be very grateful for any of our lovely (and ACTUAL) customers, to post a review. This bogus review caused our page rating to go down quite drastically and that made us very sad. We work very hard to make the BEST cake pops and give our customers the best customer service around. If you have enjoyed our cake pops or have been a customer, PLEASE let us know how you felt about our product, service, etc.! If you've ever had a problem/issue, we will always do our part to rectify the situation.
