We will be closed on Tuesdays from now on!

Our new bakery hours are:

Monday & Tuesday- closed
Wednesday- Friday- 5:30am-2pm
Saturday and Sunday- 8am-2pm

We are so busy now, we cannot keep up with the demand with everything we produce therfore we need 2 days to prep.
This is actually the normal thing for a very busy small batch bakery to need 2 prep days. Especially with sourdough!

Nicola’s Heavenly Cucina is growing, and we’re looking for 4 hardworking, dependable people to join our bakery family!

We have a friendly, welcoming work environment and a great little team — but we are also a VERY busy, fast-paced bakery. We need people who are ready to jump in, stay moving, and work as a team.

We are currently looking for one experienced individual who can come in with experience and hit the ground running, along with three additional motivated individuals who are willing to learn and grow with us.

We're looking for people who are:

This is a bakery. There are dishes. Lots of dishes. Then somehow…there are more dishes.

Cleaning, dishes, sanitizing, restocking, and keeping the bakery organized are part of the job for everyone. If you're someone who isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done, you'll fit right in!

Our positions include everything from helping customers, making drinks and sandwiches, kitchen prep and food production to cleaning and closing duties.

We are also specifically hiring a Friday–Sunday afternoon cleanup/closing person, 12 PM–close, whose primary focus will be helping us clean, reset, do dishes, and get the bakery ready for the next day.

🚨 REMINDER — WE’RE CLOSED TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY! 🚨

Nicola’s Heavenly Cucina will be CLOSED Tuesday, August 25th & Wednesday, August 26th while we give the bakery a little remodel and create a better setup for both our customers and our team! ❤️

We’ll be back to normal hours Thursday, August 27th from 5:30 AM–2 PM and ready to serve you!
