I often get asked, What do I make? It would be easier to say what I don’t make! While these tarts are made for family, it doesn’t mean I can’t make them for you! A short dough crust with a vanilla diplomat cream topped with a variety of fresh fruits and a strawberry glaze! I will fully admit, I can’t wait to cut into these!!!💚🍀

Coming this week, we will have our goodies for sale again!!! No need to wait until the outdoor market in May, just stop by Shenandoah Acres Farm Market for your sweet treats!!!

Exciting news!!! We are now open for the season!!! Right now we have our skincare, jams, applesauces, candles and eggs. We also have some lamb sausage from Mc-B's Farm and steaks, ground beef and short ribs from Thyme's Right Farm and Natural Produce, LLC. Soaps from Sanborn soaps and baked goods from Love and Luck Bakery & Confections will be coming soon!! Thank you for your support!!!

This week at the Lockport Community Farmers Market we will have some Love and Luck Shortbread Cutouts!! In case you didn’t know, no, we are not Irish. Our name came from something my husband heard…”All you really need in life is some Love and Luck!” When I decided to go school in my late 40’s to become a Certified Pastry Culinarian I was extremely nervous to start my life over. After receiving my degree, I started my business, with the help of my husband! So while these cookies are great for the St. Patricks Day, they are really a representation of us! Whether it’s specialty cakes, cookies, pies or candy we here to offer you some of our Love and Luck Goodies!

A custom cake means YOU can design whatever you want! They wanted a cake that went with the theme on the invitation along with balls that cascade down the side. This cake is a vanilla chiffon with raspberry jam on top of a lemon buttercream filling. The balls are chocolate cake pops and fondant spheres. All of the decorations are fondant. I love making a customer’s ideas a reality!
