* Made to Order: All cakes are freshly made to order to ensure quality and freshness. We do not keep pre-made cakes in stock.
* Payment Required: Full payment is required at the time the order is placed to secure your booking and order date. No orders will be started without payment.
* Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup or delivery date to receive a full refund.
* Late Cancellations: Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the order date will not be eligible for a refund.
* Custom Orders: Please provide all details when ordering to avoid delays or changes.
