GAME CHANGER, friends!!! 🙌

Today was biscuit and cinnamon roll dough-making day… and I learned something last week that’s about to change EVERYTHING for this little bakery!!

I can FREEZE the dough to bake on bake day!!! For BOTH!!! 😱

That means I can make dough ahead of time and bring biscuits and cinnamon rolls EVERY. SINGLE. WEEK. No more racing the clock on Fridays to get everything ready for Saturday markets!!!

My kitchen (and my stress level 😅) thanks me. And your taste buds will thank me too!! See you Saturday!! Modesto Certified Farmers Market Inspire Coffee

Still soaking in the aftermath of the Street Faire, friends!! 🩷

What a weekend!!! Thank you to every single one of you who stopped by our pink tent, hugged our necks, and took home goodies — you have NO idea how full my heart is.

Plot twist — just as the girls and I were packing up here at Great Wolf Lodge, the sweetest stranger walked up and handed us Adventure Passes!! So we’re hanging out for the day instead!! God is SO good!! 🙌

My head is just SPINNING with so many great ideas for what’s coming next… 👀 Stay tuned, because October is about to be SO good. Love you all so much!!

Ok friends… I NEED YOUR HELP sharing this! 🩷

Yesterday at the Lodi Street Faire so many of you asked how you can get your Blessed Glutenless favorites in Lodi now that we don’t have a weekly Farmers Market there. Well… we have an answer! 🙌🏼

We’re doing Inspire Coffee Mini Markets every Saturday from 8–2! ☕️🥐

We’ll be bringing all the things you love from the Farmers Market — whole loaves, cookies, cinnamon rolls, focaccia, biscuits, and more! Basically, if we would bring it to the Farmers Market, we’re bringing it to Inspire! 🩷

BUT… I really want to be able to keep doing these Mini Markets for you guys. 🥹 Two weeks ago, we sold just 3 loaves and 3 boxes of cookies, and unfortunately, that’s not enough to make it sustainable.

So this is where I need your help! 🙏🏼

If you have friends in Lodi who love gluten-free goodies, PLEASE tag them, share this post, or send it to them! Even sharing this post with a few friends makes a HUGE difference for a small business like mine.

I would absolutely LOVE to keep bringing Blessed Glutenless to Lodi every Saturday! 🩷

📍 Inspire Coffee — Lodi
🗓️ Saturdays | 8 AM–2 PM
🥐 Mini Markets with all your favorite BGB goodies

Help me spread the word! 🩷 And thank you, always, for supporting my little bakery. It means more than you know! 🥹✨ Inspire Coffee

You guys left me just ONE and they’re my current favorite so I took that as a sign. There are more stocked at Inspire Coffee though… along with Carrot Cake… if you wanna pop in and grab some tomorrow!!! Thank you so much to everyone who came out and supported us at Lodi Street Faire today!
