It is with much sadness that we announce the unexpected (and hopefully temporary) closing of Parliament Pastries due to a parting of ways with our previous baking location. Please continue to follow our page for updates as we seek out a new home where we can continue to offer our bread and other baked goods to our wonderful community. We are so grateful to all of the amazing customers who have supported us since our launch in September and hope to see you all soon. 🍞❤️

Happy 2026 to all of you lovely folks! We would like to introduce two yummy new additions to our sourdough line-up: Lemon Blueberry artisan loaves and French Onion focaccia with Swiss and Parmesan cheese!
