THE BAKERY BATCH will be CLOSED on May 29 & 30 .
We are grateful for the continued support from our community and surrounding!
We will miss all of you but have no fear ….. we will re open the following weekend June 5 & 6 , Fully stocked with all our delicious homemade baked goodness

Please continue to reach out to us if there are any requests for orders for June. We will gladly answer messages thru FB Bakery Batch site 🤗

Wonderful sourdough Breads ❤️

Morning breakfast vibes ☀️🥞

Walters Farm & Flour sourdough pancakes were a HIT this morning and honestly… we get why 😍

Simple ingredients. Cozy country breakfast. Full belly happiness.

Here’s what goes into them:

🥞 Walther’s Farms Sourdough Pancake Mix
🥛 1 3/4 cup milk Burley Berries & Blooms White milk
🥚 1 Farm Fresh Bronson Berries Egg
🧈 1/4 cup melted butter
🍦 2 tsp vanilla extract

And inside the mix:
🌾 Dehydrated sourdough starter
🍞 Bread flour
✨ Baking soda & baking powder
🧂 Salt
🍬 Granulated sugar
🌾 All purpose flour

Now top those pancakes off with:
🍯 Local maple syrup D&D Acres Flint's Maple
🫐 Bronson Berries Freeze-Dried Mixed Berries

Good evening to all our valued customers and followers, We are pleased to announce that our bakery will be open on Sunday, May 17th from 10am to 2pm. We invite you to stop by for some delicious treats.

We will be stocking Gluten free choc chip cookies and banana Struesel bread as well.

We are thrilled to partner with Simply Positive Field Trip on May 17th and invite you to experience The Bakery Batch. To accommodate the expected enthusiasm, our weekend hours will be extended as follows: Friday, 11am-5pm, Saturday, 10am-4pm, and Sunday, 10am-2pm. Our commitment to quality is evident in our freshly baked, homemade products. We will offer a range of freshly baked goods, including our signature stuffed breads, such as Loaded Breakfast Breads, NYC Bagels, Specialty Cookies, Sour dough English Muffins, Cinnamon Rolls, Garlic Cheese Rolls, Homemade Chocolate treats, Dansville Granola, Choc chip cookies, and many more sweet and savory options. Limited Loaded Breakfast Breads will be available for Sunday pick-up with advance ordering.
