This oven has been such a blessing for our bakery 🥰
A huge investment and leap of faith but before this I used open baking for 1 year and 7 months to bake all breads! 12-15 hours of baking on bake day. Glad and so thankful those days are over ☺️

📍Pick up is on Friday’s afternoon - I bake in the morning ~ you get your bread 🥖 in the afternoon for the freshest bread possible.
