Can you guys help me out?
Brainstorming for next weekends menu and want to see what you are all craving.
Should we do a “yeast” weekend rather than sourdough and do English muffins and “death rolls” (my Grandmother’s yeast cinnamon roll recipe).
Should we go heavy on meal items like burger buns, tortillas and pizza crusts? The weekend of the 13th is my birthday weekend so I have a dessert heavy menu coming for that weekend.

Also looking for input on how you feel the pricing is? Sourdough products are always priced a bit more than yeast because I have to use more flour to keep my starter fed and happy, and it also takes me 1-2 days to make the items rather than a few hours, and the items have to spend time in the fridge for slow fermentation. I use a cost app to calculate the cost of each individual item that includes ingredients, packaging, and a little bit of overhead for my oven and fridge - but want to know how you think we are doing. Feel free to DM if you don’t want to comment.
