✨ Our First Night Market – Castro Night Market Recap ✨

What a way to kick off our very first night market! 🍢❤️
From setting up the booth to grilling through the evening rush, we learned so much. We definitely had our share of rookie moments (and a few last-minute supply runs 😅), but every challenge taught us something new.

We're incredibly grateful to everyone who stopped by, tried our charcoal-grilled yakitori, shared kind words, and supported our new journey. Seeing so many happy faces made all the hard work worth it.

This is just the beginning. We'll keep improving with every event, and we can't wait to serve you even better next time.

We're so excited to announce that ITTO Kitchen Lab will be making our night market debut at Castro Night Market!
We'll be serving our charcoal-grilled yakitori, grilled fresh to order over binchotan-style charcoal for that authentic smoky flavor. 🔥🍢

This is a new chapter for us, and we can't wait to share our food with the San Francisco community. Whether you're craving juicy chicken skewers or just want to stop by and say hi, we'd love to meet you!
