Hey everyone! I want to apologize for my radio silence lately. A few months ago I was told I can no longer eat gluten due to a health condition, and cannot even have slight cross contamination with gluten without having a bad reaction and harming my body. As you can imagine this has been a hard transition for me (as it would be for anyone). I have spent my entire life learning how to not only bake with gluten filled treats, but how to nourish my body with foods widely available to me.
This is certainly not the end of baking for me, but at this moment I am just trying to learn how to eat again. I appreciate everyones patience and I can assure you I have been perfecting my gluten free baking and taking it to a whole new level. I hope my bakery can be a safe place for all celiac and gluten sensitive people, and be a place loved by everyone because you truly cannot tell the difference between my baked goods vs gluten filled treats! 🥰
