It's that time of the year again...beware of hackers. My brother in law was hacked. The hacker sent my husband and I each a message from an (847) area code. We asked who it was, they said they were John, my brother in law. This person is messaging his contacts asking for $100. I'm not sure if, because they got my information, if they could hack into my account too. So, I'm posting to let you all know that I am not messaging people asking for $100, or any money at all and, if you see something out of my character posted by me or sent to you from me, it is NOT me. Please let me know if you see or get anything from me. Thank you..
People really need to get a job...

One of my greatest joys is sharing my knowledge and love of baking with my 10 year old son.
This morning he learned how to bake muffins using a scale. He did an amazing job. I am so proud of him. ❤️

Power went out at 12am then on at 4am and back off at 5am ...still out. In the car charging my phone. Tree on power line not too far from our home. Some limbs down in our yard, but, praise God, not like Idalia. ❤️
Started raining again, not as bad as earlier, so far, but increasing, and wind is picking up as well. Praise God it's not as hot as it has been. I hope everyone going through the storm is safe.

We were really looking forward to tomorrow's Live Oak Makers’ Market . Unfortunately, we will not be there. We are sad for letting you down again. We were hoping the market would be a great way to meet all of you and for you to get to know us as well, and it was, but, sadly, due to many unforseen issues, we have to make some changes. This means we won't be at the Market. We are hoping that as life changes, we can return. We shall see.
We are still taking orders, so, go ahead and message us with what you'd like us to make for you. We would be happy to serve you.
