I know we just said that Chocolate Chip was everyone’s favorite, but we have to give a shoutout to the cookie that’s quickly risen through the ranks and stolen hearts along the way—the Tahini Chocolate Crinkle. Good on a hot summer day, a treacherous winter day, or any day in between.

Pro tip: try popping them in the freezer for a wonderfully fudgey, ice cream sandwich without the ice cream kind of snack.
