Jason is one of our favorite customers! He is not a doctor and he does not play one on TV. But I think he looks like a doctor so you should believe him when he says... the authentic Cajun Blackened Chicken Spinach Salad with fresh mozzarella from Bagel Bistro is..."One of the best salads I ever had!". So there you have it, a guy that looks like he should be a doctor loves our new salad and we think you will too. (Disclaimer.., Do not take medical advise from people who look like doctors.)

So today 12 people came into the shop. All of them were named Oscar and they all tried our new Cajun style Blackened Chicken over a bed of Spinach and fresh mozzarella. All of them said it was the best salad they ever had.

There you have it. Bagel Bistro now has an original salad worthy of 12 Oscars.

So, I'm watching the new Star Wars movie and I'm thinking about making French Toast Bagels the next day at work. Out of no where I hear (in the voice of Yoda ) "Make them you will". Strange huh? So I made them. Come to the shop and try em! Do or do not. There is no try.
