Happy Friday!! I know I have been way off my game lately. Be ready for more... Here we go! Important information at the end!!

Today, I am open 11am to 7pm I have plenty of uncooked veggies to make Pasta primavera if you would like.
Single order $15
Add Chicken +3

I have 8 pieces of lasagna left. 2 for $24 so, that means only 4 sets. Or $14 each. All cold pick up

Plenty of breaded shrimp in the freezer.

Lastly and most importantly, I am having hand surgery (pesky trigger fingers) On the 5th. Which means, I will be closed for at least a week. I will plan to reopen regular hours on the 13th. Pending healing progress and doctors' orders. (I already know what she will say, but I am stubborn)

With that being said, I will be in the kitchen for a short bit that Wednesday morning for an order. But am close by if you want any meatballs, sauce or dressing in my absence

This right here is just shy of 160lbs of hamburger mixed and ready to make into lasagna meat and meatballs. So, how about a meatball contest!!?? I will probably use about 20lbs for lasagna meat. The rest will be big and mini meatballs. Mostly mini I am assuming.. but 🤷‍♀️

As always, rules are as follows

Hello Grazi To Go Family!!

I had a customer come in with dressing that she got before Christmas. She told me it was not up to its usual consistency and quality. It seems the batch of oil we used was not good. If you received one or bought one that is like that or does not taste right, please bring it back to me and I will replace it. I do know that it was not a big batch, but I would rather make sure everyone knows! Please let me know if you have any questions!
