🚨Important Announcement🚨
Tomorrow (6-17-2023) will be the last day that Rachel's Bakery will be at the Norman Farm Market due to unforeseen circumstances. While baking today, my commercial oven blew up into a cloud of smoke and is out of commission. I will have limited quantities of baked goods available at market due to this. The decision to quit market for this year was not made lightly. As I start Law School in July, and because of the high cost of repair or replacement of the oven, I have made the hard decision to stop going. I cannot express how hard this decision was to make as I have been working at the market in some form or another since I was 4 years old. Almost 17 years later, it is so hard to take a step back from market. I am forever grateful for the people that I have met along the way and the many people that have made me into who I am. Thank you to all my loyal customers that have bought from me since the time that I was selling cut flowers to now. I will still be taking smaller special orders and fulfilling the orders that I already have. I am so grateful for my time here, and I cannot express how thankful I am for all of my customers and my support system. In the words of someone much wiser than me, "How lucky am I to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard.” – Winnie-the-Pooh. With love, Rachel❤️.
