We are Colleen & Joel.

Colleen has been a stay home mom for the better part of the last 20+ years. In that time I was the chairperson for my kids’ school’s parent group, consistently raising funds for a school with about 600 students (5 years). I was also elected as president of a non-profit group associated with a neighboring town that raised funds for the arts programs in that district (2 years). I was a Troop Leader

for my kids’ multi-level Girl Scout Troop (6 years). Youth Bakestball, T-ball, Soccer, Softball coach for 10+ years. Joel is a USAF Veteran (16 years of service) and is currently employed by the Air Force as a civilian. He has volunteered his time through the years also. He coached Youth Soccer, all levels of Baseball, Basketball, Flag Football. He was an usher, lector, and as a eucharistic minister at his church (10+ years). While there he also volunteered as a Religious Education teacher for 3 years. Together, we plan to eventually open a brick & mortar cafe and saw this as a good start to get to know and serve you. We bake delicious cakes, cupcakes, cookies, candies and anything else your sweet tooth desires. We are located in Lindenwold NJ but can be found at various Vendor Events and Fairs throughout the state of NJ. We hope you’ve enjoyed learning a little about who we are. We can’t wait to meet you!

***What is a NJ Cottage Bakery?***

A Cottage Bakery is a home based bakery that has gone through the process of getting licensed or permitted by their state. In NJ, we are required to register with the state, take and pass a proctored Food Manager Course & Test, and abide by a long list of rules and regulations specified by the state of NJ in order to bake and sell goods from our home kitchen.
