The secret is very deep spring pan, and keeping the pan in the freezer until you fill the layers. This is how you end up with the sharp layers.

a much beloved team mate returned to India ... so I made a Champagne white cake with a pomegranate whipped cream filling and an Italian meringue buttercream icing with pomegranate buttercream rosettes .. it was delicious ... but didn't ease the heart ache of losing a dear friend
