ANNOUNCEMENT: Wow, what a fun adventure the last 11 years has been! I have met so many great people and have had the honor of being a part of so many special celebrations and important moments in people's lives. I am so thankful for my sister introducing me to the delicious cakeball concept along with my entire family who have been my biggest cheerleaders and product tasters. Due to new state cottage baking regulations that would require a bigger investment in this endeavor than we are prepared to make, Mike and I have decided that this is the right time to close Simply CakeBites. Thank you, thank you, thank you to all to have ordered from and supported me throughout this fun chapter in my life. You are the reason an idea for Christmas treats for friends turned into an 11 year business!
