Bison and Bee Baking Company Welcome to Bison and Bee Baking Company! We are a cottage bakery based in Limestone, TN. Orders are being fulfilled on a weekly basis.

As it is now, we prep and bake one to two times per week, with Sunday afternoons being the main baking day. We are working on building a self-service farm stand, but until that is complete, pickup will be available Monday or Tuesday evening at the gravel parking lot by Troyers. All of our sourdough bread is baked in 9x5 bread pans. We are always making Classic Sourdough each week and have a rotation of several specialty loaves available as well. Check out our socials (Facebook and Instagram) to see which specialty loaves we are baking on any given week. Classic loaves are $10.00 each and Specialty loaves are $15.00 each. All pre-orders must be paid for in advance on Venmo. Our Venmo handle is . Thank you for your business!

Johnson City's Main Street Days will be the debut of our new Mediterranean loaf: feta, sundried tomatoes, oregano, cracked black peppercorn, and olive oil with an asiago crust. This is the best thing out of the kitchen since the cranberry orange walnut cookie!l. We will have 14 of these available, so get them before they're gone!
