A beautiful moist crumbly coffee cake, a perfect treat to get you in the mood for fall 🍁
It may still be 90 and above outside here in NC but there's crisp fall air in my soul so here we are. The smell alone had my family flocking to the kitchen to see what I was making ✨

What should I make next? I was thinking apple fritters 🤔 what do you think? Leave it down in the comments 💕

I've made s'mores cookies before but not with my own recipe. This time i wanted to try my base recipe for my chocolate chip cookies but add in graham crackers and marshmallow fluff to see how it baked up. And I gotta say, I would consider this a winner! My husband literally wouldn't let me take any for my coworkers, so I'd say it's definitely a winner 😊 definitely worth hoarding for yourself.

I definitely have a very good base recipe! I've developed it over the years and after trial and error, I think it's perfect. My husband will tell you, my cookies were good before but they're so good now that he doesn't want to share. I have some other tricks up my sleeve using this recipe so stay tuned! I'm planning for Christmas already too so be sure to definitely pay attention if you want to get your hands on a box this year.

Things we've made recently :
1. Garlic herb focaccia
2 &3. Vanilla bean cake with homemade strawberry jam and whipped cream
4. Fresh cibatta
5. A jersey classic, panzarottis
6. Bavarian cream filled yeast donuts
7. Chicken caprese salad and fresh bread

🤡Clownin' since 1973 🤡
Even though mom isn't here we're still Clownin' in her honor now and forever. There's not a day that goes by that I don't think of her. I know some people may think it's silly that I still make her a cake she's not here to enjoy but it makes me happy and gives me something to do instead of being sad all day.

Today we have a very simple cake because my shoulder has been giving me problems this week, it's a vanilla bean cake filled with a light banana whipped cream. It's inspired by one of her favorite sweet treats, a banana milkshake. She loved fruit flavored anything from pancakes to candy. If you didn't see her with a baja blast, you were definitely gonna see her with a banana milkshake in one hand and small fry in the other. And of course it's decorated like her favorite horror character, Shorty from killer klowns from outer space.

•Moms yeast donuts with bavarian cream filling•
The husband asked for donuts so I made my moms yeast donut recipe and filled them bavarian cream. I'm not entirely happy with the cream but they were still so delicious! Pillowy soft and not too sweet ✨ I did tweak the recipe so it's easy to follow and doesn't take all day/overnight to make them. I'm gonna be posting this recipe on my substack next week so if you wanna make some donuts, it'll be there. I'll be posting at least the donut recipe plus her fillings and chocolate ganache frosting. 🏳️‍🌈Happy Pride month! 🏳️‍🌈
My friend requested a pride cake and a pride cake she will get, she's lucky I love her. Pride is important every year but I think even more so this year with all that's happening within our current administration and their attacks on our trans brothers and sisters. Trans rights are human rights! Rights for all of our LGBTQIA+ friends are human rights! Love all of you so much 💖

This cake is a funfetti cake with cheesecake mousse in the middle and covered in luscious vanilla buttercream. I've never done a rainbow buttercream before and I'm pretty happy with it, it was a pain in the ass but worth it lol

OMG! These cookies are so good 💯
All the great things about a cannoli but in a cookie! Creamy filling with a spiced but floral cookie, absolutely delicious 🤤

I made these today because I was craving cannolis but didn't have the equipment to make them so I got creative and adapted my chocolate chip recipe and made a cannoli filling. I think I pretty much nailed it, flavor and all.
How did we get creative today? Would you like the recipe?

✨ Before and After baking/finishing touches ✨
These are thick lemon white chocolate chip cookies and OMG they're so good. Perfectly moist in the middle with crispy edges, balanced lemon flavor. Absolutely delicious!

Cute little bunny sugar cookies ready for Easter 🐇🐣

Been really into trying new skills, so the new thing I tried today was doing icing decorating on sugar cookies. I still have a lot to learn but I think these came out so good for my first attempt and of course they are delicious! They are lemon sugar cookies with vanilla icing.
