OMG! These cookies are so good 💯
All the great things about a cannoli but in a cookie! Creamy filling with a spiced but floral cookie, absolutely delicious 🤤

I made these today because I was craving cannolis but didn't have the equipment to make them so I got creative and adapted my chocolate chip recipe and made a cannoli filling. I think I pretty much nailed it, flavor and all.

These are thick lemon white chocolate chip cookies and OMG they're so good. Perfectly moist in the middle with crispy edges, balanced lemon flavor. Absolutely delicious!

Cute little bunny sugar cookies ready for Easter 🐇🐣

Been really into trying new skills, so the new thing I tried today was doing icing decorating on sugar cookies. I still have a lot to learn but I think these came out so good for my first attempt and of course they are delicious! They are lemon sugar cookies with vanilla icing.

It's been a while! What's up everyone? I took a bit of a break, still kind of on a break at least from baking for the public. I've been pretty tired, anxious and in a bit of pain so doing things I love has been difficult. I'm mostly baking for myself, family and friends right now.

Which leads into what I made today. Today we made brown sugar pound cake, I just added rum and did plain vanilla frosting instead of the brown butter. I'm gonna share this with my husband's friends tonight while we do nerdy stuff.

Hopefully I'll see you guys around again soon!

Not the best pictures but this cannoli cake was lick your plate good! Vanilla cake filled with a velvety ricotta filling and covered in a cinnamon mascarpone cheese frosting. Of course you can't have a cannoli without chocolate chips! Definitely on the make again list

"Kola": meaning wheels or round in Czech
These are a Czech or Slovak deesert, its a sweet yeast dough with an indentation for sweetened cheese or fruit or both. I had some issues with the dough but they raised so beautifully in the oven and taste absolutely perfect. 10/10 would make again! Even though it's been hot out here in North Carolina, my North East NJ blood is feeling the fall vibes without them being here 😆

They were very reminiscent to the snack cakes you get at the grocery store at this time of year but so much better! Super moist, full of pumpkin and spiced flavor. They have an espresso cream cheese buttercream filling which absolutely delightful 😊 will be making again!
