Late post. I fell and broke my ankle Easter morning and never posted a picture of the cake I made for Easter dinner. It's a Vanilla Cake with Cookiebutter Buttercream. It was really delicious with a different kind if taste. It was almost savory. Would be excellent for people who prefer a less sweet frosting. (Pic was taken by my son at the party. I think someone got a finger in the frosting on the right side before the picture was taken.)

Did some expirementing with new buttercream flavors. I made Espresso and Peppermint. I really enjoyed them swirled together! On a chocolate cupcake it really made me think Peppermint Mocha, YUM 😋! I also really liked the look of the swirl with the Peppermint buttercream dark pink/light red and and Espresso buttercream a little light tan (not really beige).

So Fun! Buddy the Elf, Spaghetti and Candy Mini Cupcakes for an Elf themed Holiday Party. Chocolate and Vanilla cupcakes with Vanilla Buttercream made to look like spaghetti topped with half a mini Hershey bar, a couple mini m&ms and a couple mini marshmallows.
