Please note: While these bagels are certified gluten-free, Bagels by the Book is NOT a gluten-free facility. We bake our traditional bagels in-house and regularly handle gluten-containing ingredients, so cross-contact is possible. We cannot guarantee these products are safe for customers with celiac disease or severe gluten sensitivities.
