Need something sweet and delightful but are getting a little tired of traditional cupcakes and cookies? May I suggest Krumkaker? Krumkaker is a traditional wafer cookie from Norway, sweet, light and crispy. It’s the oldest Norwegian cookie recipe on record dating back approximately 1000 years! It is traditionally shaped as a cone but I like to shape it into cups and fill it with light, delicious whipped cream flavored with all kinds of fruit and berries. This is the most decadent way to enjoy them in my opinion, but they are perfectly scrumptious on their own or served along with ice cream.
All my Krumkaker is handmade, small batch, from clean ingredients. They can be customized to your liking and will be the talk of the party!
Considering the very frail wafers and the same-day-whip I can only deliver in Liberty / Kansas City areas.
